Return and Refund

Return
  • Customer may return items within 7 business days of delivery date for a refund applied to the method of payment used.
  • All returns must be accompanied by a Return Form. Contact us to get authorization on returns.
  • Returns without a Return Form cannot be processed.
  • Only physical items are refundable. Original shipping fee and/or shipping insurance is non-refundable.
  • Returned items must be in their original conditions; unused, unpersonalized and in its original packaging.
  • Accessories (lid, straw, rubber bumper, etc.) if any, must be included in the return.
  • Only items received in its original manufacturer’s packaging will be refunded.
  • Customer is responsible for return shipping.
  • Once the return is authorized, there is a period of 7 business days for the customer to pack and return the items back to us.
  • Returns outside this period will be automatically cancelled.
  • Returned items will be evaluated within 24 hours of delivery.
  • Once the return is approved, we will process the refund immediately.
  • A 10% restocking fee from the total of the original order will be applied.
  • Once the refund is issued, it may take up to 5 business days for the funds to be posted back to your account (contact your bank for more info).

Cancellation
  • Customer may cancel their order within 1 hour of placing it for a refund.
  • There will be a 10% cancellation fee of your total order. This fee is simply to cover payment processing fees.

Exchange
We understand sometimes customers changes their mind about the item(s) they bought.
  • Customer may exchange items within 7 business days of delivery date.
  • All returned items must be accompanied by a Return Form.
  • Any returns without the Return Form cannot be processed. Contact us to get the Return Form.
  • Exchange items must be in their original conditions; unused, unpersonalized and in its original packaging.
  • Accessories (lid, straw, rubber bumper, etc.) if any, must be included with the return.
  • Only items received in its original manufacturer’s packaging will be refunded.
  • Customer is responsible for the return shipping.
  • Once the return is authorized, there is a period of 7 business days for the customer to pack and return the items back to us.
  • Returns outside this period will be automatically cancelled.

  • Once the return is approved an e-Gift Card (store credit) will be issued immediately for the returned items we received.
  • There is a 5% processing fee from the total of the original order will be applied.
  • Original shipping fee will not be credited.
  • e-Gift Cards are not transferable.
  • e-Gift Cards cannot be returned for a refund and are not redeemable for cash.
  • e-Gift Cards are valid for 1 year of issuing date.


Wrong or Defective Items

  • If you receive a defective or wrong item(s) please contact us within 7 business days of your delivery date.
  • Order #, pictures and/or video of the defective/wrong item(s) must be included in the email.
  • Items outside of this time period will not be processed.
  • Damaged items include broken lid, dented or scratch on the body of tumblers that will affect the result of sublimation.
  • Over baking or inconsistent machine resulting in burnt tumblers are not considered as defective.
  • Slight variations in colors or height of tumblers are not considered as damaged.
  • All items shipped from Easy Tumblers are inspected for defects (functionality, broken parts, dents and/or bad sublimation coating).
  • ​Please make sure your tumbler is not damaged or defective before customizing as no credits or replacements will be issued on customized items.
  • Items must be returned in the original manufacturer’s packaging.
