DO YOU HAVE A TAX EXEMPT PROGRAM?
At present, our company is solely obligated to gather sales tax within the borders of our home state, North Carolina. If your residence is outside of North Carolina, we do not impose taxes on your purchase. However, it is advisable to ascertain the relevant laws of your home state, as you may be obligated to report the purchase and remit taxes accordingly.


CAN I ADJUST or CANCEL MY ORDER?

Once an order has been placed, we are unable to make any modifications, such as changing the shipping address, adding additional items, or canceling the order. We kindly request that you carefully review your order details before submitting it to ensure accuracy and prevent any inconvenience.


DO YOU OFFER FREE SHIPPING?

Yes, we offer free Standard Shipping for all qualified orders (min. order of $200) with exception West Coast areas, they will receive a flat rate shipping. More info please click here.


DO YOU OFFER INSTALLMENTS?

We do! Installment plans are available though Shop Pay and Sezzle at check-out.


WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIPPED?
We ship our products on a daily basis, and currently, our order processing time is within 24 business hours. Please note that orders placed on weekends and holidays will be shipped on the next available business day.


HOW MANY DISCOUNT CODES CAN BE USED AT CHECKOUT?

Only one discount code may be used per check-out. You cannot combine offers.


DO YOU OFFER BUY-INS?

We do not offer buy-ins. Out of stock items will be restock as soon as new shipments come in. Follow our Facebook page to get notifications of ETAs.


DO YOU SHIP OUTSIDE U.S.?
At present, we are unable to provide shipping services outside of the United States.


HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING FOR MY ORDER?

The shipping charges for your order will be calculated and presented at the time of check-out, prior to entering your payment information.


MY ORDER IS DAMAGED DURING DELIVERY.

In the event that your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at contact@easytumblers.com. To ensure prompt and efficient resolution, kindly include your order number and attach photographs of the damaged products and packaging to your email.


MY ORDER DIDN'T ARRIVE ON THE ESTIMATED DATE.
Although uncommon, delivery delays can sometimes occur. We kindly request that you allow for an additional 1-2 business days for the shipping carrier to complete the delivery of your package.
