Missing Package

Easy Tumblers cannot be held responsible for any missing packages once they have been handed over to the shipping carrier. It is important to note that delivery delays, particularly during peak periods, can occur. However, we are committed to assisting you in resolving any issues that may arise.

  1. Reporting a Missing Package:
    If you have not received your package within 2 days after the estimated delivery date, we kindly request that you report it to us. Please send an email to contact@easytumblers.com with "Missing Package" followed by your order number (e.g., ET1234) in the subject line. This specific subject line will help us identify and expedite your issue promptly. We appreciate your cooperation in reporting the matter to us as soon as possible.

  2. Route Shipping Insurance:
    For customers who have purchased Route Shipping Insurance with their order, you have the option to submit a missing package claim directly through their platform. To initiate the claim process, please visit the following link: https://claims.route.com/. Route Shipping Insurance provides additional protection and assistance for missing packages.

  3. Non-Route Shipping Insurance:
    If you did not opt for Route Shipping Insurance with your order, we kindly request that you contact the respective shipping carriers to report the issue and initiate a missing package claim. If your package was shipped via UPS, please reach out to them at 888-742-5877 to report a missing package. For missing packages shipped via USPS, please contact them at 800-275-8777. The shipping carriers will provide guidance on their specific procedures for reporting missing packages.
