DO YOU HAVE A TAX EXEMPT PROGRAM?
At present, our company is solely obligated to gather sales tax within the borders of our home state, North Carolina. If your residence is outside of North Carolina, we do not impose taxes on your purchase. However, we recommend verifying the applicable laws in your home state, as you may need to report the purchase and remit taxes accordingly.


CAN I ADJUST or CANCEL MY ORDER?

Once an order has been placed, we are unable to make any modifications, such as changing the shipping address, adding additional items, or canceling the order. We kindly request that you carefully review your order details before submitting it to ensure accuracy and prevent any inconvenience.


DO YOU OFFER INSTALLMENTS?
We do! Installment plans are available though Shop Pay and Sezzle at check-out.


WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIPPED?
We ship our products on a daily basis, and currently, our order processing time is within 24 business hours. Please note that orders placed on weekends and holidays will be shipped on the next available business day.


HOW MANY DISCOUNT CODES CAN BE USED AT CHECKOUT?

You can use one discount code per order at checkout. While you can't combine multiple offers, you can still take advantage of our discounted prices on the website along with your chosen discount code.


DO YOU OFFER BUY-INS?

We do not currently offer buy-ins. However, if an item is out of stock, you can sign up for our back-in-stock email notifications to be notified as soon as it's available again. Restocks happen regularly with new shipments, and by signing up, you'll be among the first to know. Also, follow our Facebook Facebook page for updates on estimated arrival times (ETAs).


DO YOU SHIP OUTSIDE U.S.?
Currently, we are unable to provide shipping services outside of the United States.


HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST FOR MY ORDER?

We offer flat rate shipping on all orders across the 48 contiguous states.
For other states, discounted shipping rates are available. You can easily find out the shipping charges for your order during the checkout process. We calculate and present these costs before you enter any payment information.


MY ORDER IS DAMAGED DURING DELIVERY.

In the event that your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at contact@easytumblers.com. To ensure prompt and efficient resolution, kindly include your order number and attach photographs of the damaged products and packaging to your email.


MY ORDER DIDN'T ARRIVE ON THE ESTIMATED DATE.
Although uncommon, delivery delays can sometimes occur. We kindly request that you allow for an additional 1-2 business days for the shipping carrier to complete the delivery of your package.
